LandCode is the AEC compliance company. We make the slow, error-prone parts of land-development work, the code research and the documentation, fast, accurate, and a little less painful.

LandCode, LLC is an independent software studio founded by two designers who spent decades in the landscape-architecture industry, drawing, documenting, and troubleshooting real projects in AutoCAD. We kept hitting the same walls: digging through municipal-code PDFs to answer one question, and redrawing the same compliance details by hand on every job.

So we started building the tools we wished we had, made by people who've been in your seat. CanopyCode automates tree-protection plans. ArborCode turns field data into finished deliverables. SheetCode lays out sheet sets. And LandCode answers the land-development code itself, cited and current, with free alerts when your city is about to change it.
